The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office made a second arrest in connection with the Death Investigation at Riverbank Apartments.
On March 23, 2026, at 9:00 a.m., the Bibb County Sheriff's Office Criminal Investigation Division with assistance from the US Marshals Southeast Regional Fugitive Task Force, took thirty-two-year-old Lorenzo Michael Davis of Macon into custody from a residence within the 2000 block of Old Clinton Road. Davis was wanted in connection with the death of Keonta Quintez Rouse on May 19, 2022.
Davis was transported back to the Bibb County Law Enforcement Center. Lorenzo Davis has been charged with Murder, Aggravated Assault, and Possession of firearm or knife during commission of or attempt to commit certain felonies. Davis also had an active arrest warrant for Terroristic threats in connection with prior case. He is currently being held without bond.

Aggravated Assault Investigation on Moseley Ave.
The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is investigating an aggravated assault incident that occurred in the 2000 block of Moseley Avenue. The incident was originally called into the Macon-Bibb Emergency 911 Center as a person shot at the LOLO Gas Station located at 2490 Pio Nono, at 6:21 p.m., Saturday evening.
Deputies responded to the scene and located a twenty-two-year-old male suffering from a gunshot wound. The male told deputies he had been shot in his car on Mason Street and ran to the LOLO for help. The victim was transported via ambulance to a local medical facility. A second victim, identified as a seventeen-year-old male, also suffering a gunshot wound, was taken to a medical facility by private vehicle. According to medical staff, both victims are listed in stable condition.
The circumstances surrounding this incident are currently under investigation by the Criminal Investigation Division. Additional information will be provided as it becomes available.

Preliminary information: On February 15, 2026, at approximately 2:59 p.m., Atlanta Police Zone 3 officers responded to a report of a person shot at 905 Coleman St. SW. Upon arrival, officers located a 21-year-old male victim who had sustained multiple gunshot wounds.
The victim was identified as Mr. Trevales Tolbert. Mr. Tolbert was transported to a local hospital, where he was later pronounced deceased by medical personnel.
Investigators have identified a person of interest wanted for questioning as Mr. Marquavius Henry.
Investigators are asking for anyone with any information on this case or the whereabouts of Mr. Marquavius Henry to contact the Atlanta Police Department’s Homicide Unit directly at (404) 546-4235 or submit an anonymous tip to Crime Stoppers.
