$8,000 Reward
On May 28, 1984 officers with the Warner Robins Police Department were dispatched to N First St., by the old train depot in reference to a deceased person. When officers arrived they found the body of 67 year old Edward Hanley. Mr. Hanley was badly beaten. Robbery was the apparent motive for the murder. At the time of the incident Mr. Hanley was living at the boarding house at 106 Young Ave. It was discovered that Mr. Handley had left a bar on S First St and was likely walking back to the boarding house when he was attacked.
