The Forsyth Police Department is reaching out to the public for assistance with information related to a tragic shooting that took place on June 4, 2023, in the Milledge Circle area of Forsyth, Georgia. The incident occurred during the filming of a music video at a graduation party, where gunshots were reported, leaving three individuals wounded.

Witnesses have reported seeing a red and yellow vehicle leaving the scene at a high rate of speed. This vehicle is believed to be connected to the shooting.

Tragically, one of the victims, JD Walton, did not survive the incident. The Forsyth Police Department, alongside JD Walton’s family, is seeking any information that might help bring those responsible to justice and provide closure for the grieving family.
