As the anniversary of this tragic crime nears, we are renewing our call for justice in the unsolved triple homicide of Erica Reaves, Tyric Justice, and Quincey Jackson.
At approximately 2:30 a.m. on July 3, 2021, Milledgeville Police officers responded to a shooting in the 2300 block of Laura Court. Erica and Tyric were pronounced deceased at the scene. Quincey later died at the hospital from his injuries.
Since that night, MPD has remained steadfast in their investigation—conducting new interviews and working with the Georgia State Crime Lab on recently submitted DNA evidence. Their efforts continue, but the public’s help remains critical.
We are urging anyone with information—no matter how small—to come forward.
