Homicide Investigation on Wesleyan Drive
The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a homicide that happened at 1800 Wesleyan Drive, Legacy Apartments at approximately 05:20 a.m. this morning.
Deputies received reports of shots being fired near the 73-80 building at 05:23 a.m. Upon arrival deputies located 21-year-old Cameron Jay Ramon Ashley, of Macon, unresponsive in front of building 73-80, with multiple gunshot wounds. Ashley was pronounced deceased on scene by the Bibb County Coroner’s Office personal. The next of kin has been notified. No one else was injured during the incident.
There is no information on the suspect, or what lead up to the incident currently.
