Fatal House Fire Investigation

The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office and Macon-Bibb Fire Department responded to a house fire at 2883 Elpis Street at around 10:17p.m.

Firefighters found 57-years-old, Frankie Thomas Causey, deceased, inside of the home. The next of kin has been notified by the coroner’s office and an autopsy will be performed.

Macon-Bibb Fire investigators stated this incident is currently under investigation.
