Bibb County Sheriff’s Office deputies were dispatched to an address in the 1300 block of Triple Hill Drive, at 10:12 a.m. regarding an unresponsive person.

Deputies were advised that an 87-year-old male was found in the residence with a gunshot wound to the chest. The victim was found by a 37-year-old male that lives at the residence. The male who found the victim and his two juvenile children were taken to the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office Investigations to be interviewed. Further information will be released as it becomes available.
