Bibb County Sheriff’s Investigators are investigating a death of one individual and three other males that were wounded during a shooting that took place on Jones Avenue, Saturday night. The incident was called into the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office at around 6:50p.m.
The Bibb County Sheriff’s office received a call of shots fired on Jones Avenue. The caller stated that several individuals were reported to have possibly been shot. The incident took place at an abandoned house, located in 300 block of Jones Avenue. Three of the victims involved in the incident left by personal vehicle and went to the hospital. A fourth victim was located by deputies, behind the abandoned house, and he was transported to the hospital by ambulance.
Three of the victims are listed to be in stable condition. The fourth victim was pronounced deceased at the hospital.
The deceased was identified as 19-year-old Cleveland Raines of Macon. According to the Coroner’s Office next of kin has been notified.
The three males that are in stable condition are 19-year-old Ralph Hughes, 23-year-old Jarvis Devon Hill, and 22-year-old Alizya Sinclair.
This incident is under investigation. Additional information will be released as it becomes available.
