Asking for the Public’s Assistance in Commercial Burglary Investigation

Bibb County Sheriff’s Office Property Investigators are asking for the public’s assistance in helping identify five masked individuals involved a Commercial Burglary that occurred at the Powell’s Pharmacy, located at 4839 Bloomfield Road. The incident took place at around 5:29 a.m., Wednesday morning.

It was reported that five individuals broke out a glass door and entered the pharmacy. The males ran through the store and attempted to gain entry into the secured medicine area, but they were unsuccessful. It was reported that the five individuals stole a cash register with a undisclosed amount of cash. The individuals then fled the store in a silver Ford Edge. The vehicle’s tag was missing during this incident.
