Commercial Armed Robbery Investigation

The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a commercial armed robbery that took place at the Dollar General, located at 6369 Thomaston Road. The incident was called into the Macon-Bibb 911 Center at around 9:00p.m.

It was reported that a female individual entered the store and pretended to shop. After a short amount of time, she walked towards the front of the store, brandished a handgun., and then demanded money from the cash register. After receiving an undisclosed amount of cash., she fled the store and got into a white in color Nissan Cube. The vehicle left the parking lot and headed in an unknown direction.

The person who robbed the store is described as a black female. She was described as having green and purple colored hair. The female wore all black clothing and was carrying a pink bag.
