Aggravated Assault on Highland Drive

The Bibb Sheriff’s Office is investigating an Aggravated Assault incident that was reported to have occurred at a residence in the 1200 block of Highland Avenue just before 9:30 p.m. on July 13, 2022

Deputies responded to the 1200 block of Highland Avenue, regarding a person shot. Upon arrival deputies found a 32-year-old male who had been shoot. He was transported to the Navicent Health Hospital. The 32-year-old victim was listed in stable condition. The events leading up to the incident are still under investigation. No one else was injured during the incident.

There is no information on the suspect currently.
