Bibb County Sheriff’s Office Investigating Person Shot
Bibb County Sheriff’s Investigators are investigating a shooting incident that occurred inside the Macon Mall, located at 3661 Eisenhower Parkway, just after 4:00pm.It was reported that two men were involved in a verbal altercation that became physical resulting in one of the men being shot. The 17-year-old victim was transported to the hospital by ambulance, where he was later pronounced dead. The circumstances surrounding this incident is being investigated.
The victim name will be released once the next of kin has been notified.
