Arrest Made In Aggravated Assault Incident on Forest Hill Road
 
Bibb County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested 25-year-old Roderick Michael Lofton in connection with the Aggravated Assault that occurred at 1580 Forest Hill Road, Billy’s Club House on November 25, 2020. Lofton was taken into custody without incident on unrelated charges by deputies on November 28, 2020. Lofton was transported to Criminal Investigations to be interviewed in reference to his charges. After the interview Lofton was transported to the Bibb County Law Enforcement Center and charged with Possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, Possession of controlled substance in schedule I or II narcotics and Possession of marijuana ,on the unrelated charges.
 
Lofton was charged with seven counts of aggravated assault in connection to the Billy’s Club House incident. Lofton does not have a bond at this time.
 
The victim from this incident remains in critical but stable condition.

Aggravated Assault Incident on Forest Hill Road

The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is investigating an Aggravated Assault incident that occurred at 1580 Forest Hill Road, Billy’s Club House, parking lot. It was reported that there was an altercation between multiple subjects. During the physical altercation, an unknown person pulled a gun and fired several shots. A male victim was struck during the incident. He was transported to the Navicent Health Medical Center. His condition is unknown at this time. No one else was injured in the incident. There is no information on the suspect at this time.
